EE WAS GREASING A CAT 769 HAUL TRUCK. THE EE WAS STANDING ON THE FRAME OF THE TRUCK USING A GREASE HOSE ON REEL. THE GREASE RELEASED ITS LOCK AND JERKED THE EE CAUSING HIM TO FALL FROM TRUCK.
