Employee was working on the Generator. While stepping down, EE was holding on to the frame of the generator when EE's ring finger became caught, tearing the skin away from the finger. Had EE not been wearing a ring on the finger, the accident would have been avoided.

While employee was loading stone block on pallet, the stone slipped in employee's hands and pinched finger between the stone and the pallet.
