Miner strained a muscle in his shoulder from a slip and fall accident, no danger no impairment

Miner strained his back stepping off excavator, No danger - no impairment,

Debris fell from above platform and struck the miner on his hard hat. No damage. No impairment.

Dryer chute overflowed and forearm came in contact with material, no damage no impairment

Two miners were replacing impeller blocks for a VSI crusher, while removing the old impeller blocks, one block was dropped by another miner and smashed the injured miners left ring finger on the distal joint causing a contusion. Damage or impairment has not been verified at this time.

The miner was changing an oil filter on a haul truck. When the filter released from the truck the miner pulled a muscle in his groin. No damage or impairment.

Clean up using a skid steer, the employee drove to close to a concrete pillar and his left thumb was struck. No damage or impairment.

The employee injured was washing off a concrete surface with a water hose. No known conditions contributed to the accident, no damage or impairment.
