Employee was helping our company truck driver free a jammed rock from dump trailer when the rock crushed causing the employees left hand to get stuck between the trailer and a bar attached to the trailer. The bar caused damage to the employees hand but cutting it and peeling back the skin on fingers.

Miner was getting tools out of a toolbox when the wrench fell and stuck ee left hand.

Miner was removing back plate on 5x14 screen. Approx 15""x4' one end slipped down striking miner on wrist. bleeding was minimal. However there appeared to be an indention on the wrist. Miner was sent to the doctor for further treatment.
