Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)
EE was standing on the 48"" discharge conveyor belt of a McCloskey 154 crusher. He removed the cover from the radiator hydraulic cooler. EE placed the cover on top of the crusher. He stepped to the left with left leg causing left knee to give way.
