Employee removed a rock jam, noticed the Grizzly bar weld was broken, grabbed it to dislodge it, weight of the bar caused EE to smash EE's L thumb against the side plate of the Feeder, causing simple laceration repaired with sutures, antibiotic and tetanus shot given @ ER. Return to work 03/18/2016. Remove sutures 7-10 days @ follow-up clinic.
