Employee was cutting an all-thread bolt with a handheld grinder. The grinder kicked back and cut them on the left leg above the knee. Employee was check by a medical professional and returned back to work that same day.

Supervisor decided to help out EE's crew with shoveling under the crusher for about 20 minutes. EE felt some tension on EE's lower back but did not think much of it. The next morning on 05/27/2025 EE decided to rest it off because EE felt pain. EE refused medical attention stating that it would go away with rest.

EE cut right hand, second finger from the thumb, underside of finger. EE was pulling a screen out of the back of a pickup. The screen got lodged in the bed of the truck while EE was pulling on it. There were no witness'. EE drove self to the Uvalde Memorial Hospital where EE received stitches and a Tetanus shot.

Worker had replaced dull utility knife blade with new one. Secured conveyor belt was being cut when towards the last portion of the conveyor belt the knife slipped and cut right thumb on right hand.

A fight with 2 trk drvs,3 miners/Heated words exchanged/supervisor attempted to resolve situation/escalated when driver and another mine employee arrived/miners attacked with hammer & scraper/mine employees all refused medical treatment/One driver 5 stitches/other driver possible wrist fracture/both treated and released/Cops conducting an ongoing assult investg.
