EE was walking to get on EE's equipment. When EE proceeded to climb up the ladder, EE was distracted and missed the side rail and fell to the ground and landed on right hand. EE reported the injury to the supervisor and stated EE was in pain. EE was taken to the Hospital by EE's Supervisor.

Employee reached through the guard on return conveyor to remove rocks. Belt was not moving. Belt was jogged. Resulting injury was lacerations to the right arm. After x-rays, arm was found to be broken also.
