Mechanic was changing forklift tires. While rolling the old tire away, the tire fell towards them. The tire was too heavy for them to stand back upright. The tire slipped from their grip, landing on their ankle. The ankle became swollen. The incident was reported to supervisor and the employee taken to emergency room. X-rays confirmed left ankle fracture.
