Employee reported that employee was cleaning under C-1 belt on the MCC side and when employee went to get up, went blank. Employee noted that employee did not know if employee raised up and hit head on the structure or if employee stood up and slipped and fell and hit head. Employee stated that employee was wearing hard hat.
