Knife River North Central · Caught in, under or between (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Changing screen on wash plant. Dropped socket & went underneath wash plant to remove drain cover. Cover broke, employee was on stomach, pushed back on arms and got right elbow stuck between machine and ground. Pulled arm back out with force.
