THE EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING A HOLE IN WHICH TO PUT A BOLT. THE DRILL STEEL BEING USED BENT AFTER IT HAD GONE APPROX. 1 FOOT IN THE ROOF. AS THE BENT DRILL STEEL TURNED, IT STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE ON THE WRIST.
