A ROOF FALL MEASURING 54" THICK 13' WIDE 26' LONG NEAR SPAD 587 ON OLD NUMBER 4 BELT. CRIBS AND TIMBERS HAVE BEEN SET AROUND FALL. AREA IS NO LONGER BEING TRAVELED. OLD NUMBER 4 BELT IS NO LON GER IN USE.
