INJURED WAS REMOVING TOW CABLE FROM A DISABLED TRUCK WHEN THE TRUCK DRIVER INADVERTANTLY OPENED TAILGATE CAUSING COAL TO SPILL ON INJURED'S LEGS. A BROKEN ANKLE RESULTED FROM THE INCIDENT.

I.NAME S ENDLOADER OVER-HEATED AND HE THEN REMOCVED THE RADIATOR CAP BEFORE TH E MACHINE COOLED DOWN. HOT STEAM AND WATER ERRUPTED FROM THE RAADIATOR CAUSING 2ND DEGREE BURNS ON THE RIGHT SID E OF HIS FACE BOTH ARMS AND THE R SIDE OF HIS BACK. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED AND UNABLE TO WORK FOR AN UNDERTIMINED TIME STILL IN THE HOSPITAL
