CONTRACT TRUCKER WAS BRING A LOAD COAL TRUCK DOWN THE HAUL ROAD FROM KELLEY COAL CO. WHEN HE MISSED A GEAR AND LOST CONTROL OF HIS TRUCK. HE THEN JUMPED OUT OF THE TRUCK AND LANDED IN THE HAUL ROAD. THE TRUCK WENT DOWN THE ROAD AND RAN INTO THE HILL.
