Injured was taking down 3/4"" pipe that was beside feeder and transferring it across #3 belt. Pipe had been used as part of fire deluge system, drive had been removed. As he attempted to move it across belt, he felt a pain in his lower back on the right side.

The jack slipped while putting boom jack on miner, mashing employee's ring finger.
