FALL OCCURRED ON TRACK HDG #28 BLOCK. NO PERSONSOR EQUIPMENT INVOLVED. TRIED TO SAVE AREA BUT TOO DANGEROUS. REMOVED CRIBS AND FALL OCCURRED SLOWLY. CLEAN, USED STEEL BEAM, CRIBS, 3" PLANKING AND MADE CANOPY. CREW COMPLETED JOB SAME DAY.
