EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING MINER CABLE TO HANG UP ACROSS AN INTERSECTION. HE FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. THERE WERE 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES HELPING.

EE WAS PULLING 6-3 CABLE TO LOAD ON SECTION WHEN TWO BLOCKS OUTBY STATION 433 ON 1 RT SECTION EE LSOT HIS FOOTING DUE TO WET BOTTOM, CAUSING EE TO FALL AND TWIST LOWER BACK.

THE EE WAS WALKING ON THE SURFACE NEAR THE BELT ENTRY TO THE MINE. HE LOST HIS FOOTING ON FRESH FALLEN SNOW AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE TWISTED HIS LEFT KNEE AS HE FELL.
