Employee was trying to close and latch dozer door frozen due to cold weather when he slammed the door on his finger.

Employee collapsed while loading bulk explosives into boreholes in preparation for a production blast. CPR was started immediately by co-workers. Employee was taken by ambulance to local hospital and pronounced dead approx 1 hour later. Autopsy results are currently pending. Co-workers stated employee appeared normal leading up to the incident and showed no signs of distress.

Employee was using a utility knife to cut a belt. He cut his right thigh with the knife.

Employee reports stiffness in back due to operating loader on frozen ground.

Employee was grinding and a piece of hot metal went under his safety glasses and stuck in his eye.

Employee was trying to get the tie down blocks out of the screener. He was prying with a long bar. The bar slipped and the employee fell approx. 6 ft to the ground.
