EE WAS CHANGING FUSES IN BREAKER AND WENT TO THROW BREAKER INTO TEST FOR POWER AND LEVER WOULD NOT GO, WHEN BREAKER WAS BACK INTO LOCKED POSITION AND EMPLOYEE WAS SHOCKED
