WORKER WAS WALKING ON PLATFORM ON SCALPER PLANT,STEPPING TO LOWER PLATFORM ONE STEP DOWN, MISSED STEP FELL FORWARD AND HIS HARD HAT STRUCK A METAL CONTROL BOX FORCING HIS HEAD INTO HIS NECK.
INJURED WAS DRIVING DUMP TRUCK, WHILE BEING LOADED BY 988 LOADER THE TRUCK STARTED SHAKING AND INJURED STRUCK HIS ELBOW ON ARM REST ATTACHED TO DRIVER DOOR.
