Mechanic was removing a head pulley from conveyor pushing it by hand off the end of frame work and into loader bucket. Mechanic's hand got caught between loader bucket and head pulley resulting in multiple broke bones in left hand. Loader was stationary the entire time.

Miner smashed EE's left ring finger between two rocks at chopper station

Laborer was pushing rock on chopper and another laborer thought hand was clear and engaged chopper. Injured employee's finger was smashed between chopper blade and stone. EE was wearing gloves. Gloves did not have a cut on them, but smashed left thumb.
Worker was exiting pick up truck and footing slipped, causing worker to hurt back.
Employee was moving rock out of a pile by hand using gloves. Rock slid from above hand pinching right pointer finger.
Laborer was palletizing rock and didn't move hand fast enough. Smashed left pointer finger between rock ee was holding and rock already on the pallet. EE was wearing gloves.

A finger was smashed between the rock and the chopper table. One finger damaged on the left hand. No blood or swelling of the finger. It became reportable due to restrictions from the doctor to not lift more than 5 pounds.

Was walking up a ramp and slipped on the concrete and fell to the ground. He put his hand down to stop fall and tore his rotator cuff in shoulder.
