August 29, 2023 MN · Metal/Non-Metal crusher attendant/operator, pan feeder operator/worker MACHINERY

Removing a bolt with an impactor to replace the wear plate the carriage bolt moved up. Employee pushed down on the bolt and the sharp edge on the bolt caught their glove pulling a finger down on the rotating bolt cutting their finger.
