The employee was repairing the equipment when he was trying to loose the industrial screw (thirty pound screw) he was distracted and the screw slipped on his finger and hurt him.

The EE was starting to work when he decided to change the battery of the 155 machinery. He jumped from the chain of the machinery with the battery in his hand and he hurt his back when he fell. He worked all day without reporting this to his supervisor. On Monday, he went to CFE and then they notified his employer.

The EE was soldering a piece of metal and he pinched himself with the metal. While holding the metal piece, it slipped and pinched the index finger of the left hand. The finger was fractured and required stitches.
