Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

An employee suffered an accident at the repair workshop while using a piston impact tool. The tool slipped from hand during use, causing an injury to their hand. Employee was immediately taken to preventative care facility for medical attention and transferred to medical facility for continued treatment.

The employee was working as an operator on daily machine, a Loader. Employee's job is to load the trucks with the different type of aggregates, because of the continuous movement to their hands, shoulder and back. Employee hurt their shoulder and now doesn't have much movement.

The employee was carrying out daily mechanical work in the workshop area. While repairing the engine of the Excavator 500, they suffered a strain in upper and lower back, while having some pain in legs. With difficulty walking they required the help of colleague to get up and thus notifying the accident to superiors.

The miner was walking at the machine shop when they slip and fall. They report the slip but state to the supervisor that they didn't suffer any injury until today, 03/21/2016/ that they came to the operation stating that they didn't feel well, company immediately send them to ""fondo seguro del estado"". The day that they had the incident was raining and floor was wet
