September 14, 2022 - · Metal/Non-Metal haul/off road/coal/ore/pit/quarry/rock/rubber tire truck driver, transportation truck driver POWERED HAULAGE
AGREGADOS FURIA INC. · Struck against a moving object

The driver lost control of loaded truck while going down a hill. Although the Geico brake was on, apparently, the gear was in a too high position for driving at such elevation. The driver tried so hard to use the brakes, so they lost all the air, not allowing the brakes to work, and finally hitting a solid wall at a fair velocity.
