REMOVING AN UNMOUNTED TIRE FROM THE TRUCK BOX. THE TIRE LODGED BETWEEN THE BOX AND THE TAILGATE,HE PULLED THE TIRE OUT AND THE TAILGATE STRUCK HIS HEAD RESULTING IN A MULTIPLE SCULL FRACTURE REQUIRING 4-8 WEEKS OFF DUTY.
