WHILE CHECKING 7ONVEYOR BELT FOR UNWANTED DEBRIS- NEGLECTED TO TURN IT OFF TO CLEAN OUT UNWANTED PRODUCT.USED A LONG STEEL ROD TO KNOCK OFF LARGE STONES. IT GOT CAUGHT IN THE CONVEYOR MECHANIS M. HAND, ARM TO3SHOULDER ALSO CAUGHT. PULLED OUT IMMEDIATELY.
