INJURED PERSON WAS INSTALLING ROCK BOLTS AND MATTING FOR GROUND SUPPORT. AS HE WAS PLACING THE ROCK BOLT THE MATTING SLIPPED AND STRUCK HIS LEFT HAND, CAUSING A LACERATION TO THE INDEX FINGER #2 FINGER.
