Going down a steep road in 4th gear, truck jumped to 7th gear & speed increased w brakes on. Going too fast on curve, flipped onto its side. Both Employees have minor injuries. Investigating root cause of jumping gear.

He was in the pit, climbing off his bulldozer. There was a trench that he stepped on and he twisted his L ankle on the uneven surface. Ankle is swollen and doesn't move normally.
