Personnel had just returned to work after lunch break, an EE seemed agitated, apparently due to domestic dispute with family member, who is not EE of ASI. At lunch without prompting conversation or any provocation, EE began assaulting weaker EE. IE was immediately taken to ER. Other EE was arrested and taken to jail. Other EE was also immediately terminated.

When working on the 332 skid steer attachment arm, EE was removing the mounting pins. The head slipped, pinching his left, ring finger. It cut his finger and his glove sufficiently to need stitches.

EE was operating the Thin Veneer saw; a rock got stuck in the saw blade; he was pushing it out of the way when his finger got caught between the rock and the saw blade; his left ring finger was cut off at the first knuckle.

Employee was lining up stone slab to make a cut with the saw when end of slab rock broke off, falling on ee's foot. Stone struck employee just behind the steel toe plate.
Loading 30lb brick of rockinto metal bin and impacted finger with edge of bin with the force of rock in his hands to cause a cut requiring 8 stitches.

EE was standing in the millblock milling location cleaning & plateing area to reload. 6" slab shifted and fell approx. 2 ft before contact then continued on and pinned his leg to stacking rack. Other EE and Another EE removed the piece rock and ambulance was called.

EE climbed on top of quarry saw to help in moving saw loader bumped saw approx. 1-2 mph. ee jumped to the ground capprot 6' and fell to his knee. when i responded to incident to employee refused medical treatment.
Employee was moving excess stone from saw area & tried to pick up a boulder about 100- 120 lbs without asking fellow workers for assistance. Appears to have pulled a muscle in his middle back area. Does not appear to be a permanent injury.
