HE BROKE HIS ARM AND RECEIVED FRICTION BURNS ON HIS ARM AND CHEST AREA. HE WAS A NEW EE AND HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED BY PLANT FOREMAN AND OTHER OPERATORS NOT TO ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS BUT REPORT ANY PROBLEMS TO CO-WORKERS.
