EMPLOYEE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME TO BOTH WRIST. CASE WAS ORIGINAL COVERED UNDER HIS PERSONAL INSURANCE, AND WAS NOT ACCEPTED AS WORK RELATED. AFTER DETAILED INVESTIGATION IT WAS DECIDED TO ACCEPT AS WORKER'S COMP, STILL UNABLE TO PROVE INJURY.
