EE has had back problems for a while, so we assume EE just re-injured the old injury by getting off the loader ladder. EE was also doing quite a bit of shoveling dirt, so we have eliminated that from EE's job responsibilities, along with requiring EE to use all steps on the loader and not jumping from the 2nd to last step.
