WHILE CHANGING THE "O" RING ON THE 330 EXCAVATOR CONTROLS, HE SLIPPED IN OIL WHEN EXITING THE UNIT ONTO THE TRACKS, HE FELL TO THE GROUND AND CUT HIS HAND ON A PIECE OF METAL ON THE GROUND.

BY HAVING TOLEAN FORWARD TO ACCESS THE UNTROIS. SHE STRAINED HER BACK MUSCLE DURING HER 10 HOUR SHIFT.
