WHILE CHANGING THE "O" RING ON THE 330 EXCAVATOR CONTROLS, HE SLIPPED IN OIL WHEN EXITING THE UNIT ONTO THE TRACKS, HE FELL TO THE GROUND AND CUT HIS HAND ON A PIECE OF METAL ON THE GROUND.
EE WAS OPERATING THE 966 LOADER, WHEN GETTING IN THE VEHICLE SHE TRIED TO ADJUST THE SEAT TO BE ABLE TO REACH THE CONTROLS THE SEAT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE ADJUSTED CLOSER TO THE CONTROL SHE DECIDE D TO OPERATE THE VEHICLE AS IT WAS. BY HAVING TOLEAN FORWARD TO ACCESS THE UNTROIS. SHE STRAINED HER BACK MUSCLE DURING HER 10 HOUR SHIFT.
