While scooping a bucket of stemming rock EE's knee bent a little sideways and gave out and made a loud pop. EE sprained EE's right knee.

Employee moving steel, pinched middle ring finger. Bruised finger and resulted in blood build up behind nail. Middle ring finger subungual hematoma was drained (blood drained from under finger nail), three day work restriction.
Prepping plant for production. Released a discharge gate and caught hand in gate. Cut/Abrasion to hand resulting in 3 stitches.
