Kilroy LLC · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Feeder having trouble.EE changed the plug to a different supply which then blew 2 fuses and made a conveyor trip.Emptied the feeder by hand rolling the sheave. EE decided that while the guys were fixing the feeder he would go work on conveyor.He forgot they had moved the plug on the feeder.He started the back half of crusher unit,which made the feeder power up.
