Employee was operating front end loader while digging in the face of a sand pit. While digging, the loader struck a large rock causing the employee's head to lurch forward. The employee did not seek medical care until 10/18/10. He was diagnosed with a neck strain and put on restricted duty. He was returned to full duty on 10/25/10.
