ACCIDNET FICTIM WAS SHIPPING MSHA INSPECTORS GEAR TO COLLAR ADN WAS NERVOUS BECAUSE INSPECTOR WAS WATCHING HIM AND CONCERNED THAT HE WAS NOT IN BOTTOM HELPING HIS PARTNER. HE RANG INCORRECT B ELL AND PROCEEDED DOWN SHAFT NOT REALIZING SKIP WAS COMING DOWN. SKIP DISLODGED HIM FROM LADDERS CUASING HIM TO FALL ABOUT 20 FEET DOWN FOOTWALL TO BOTTOM OF WINZE.
