EMPL WAS FILLING SCRAPER WITH DIESEL FUEL. DIESEL FUEL HOSE WAS LAYING ACROSS MAIN ACCESS ROAD TO GRAVEL PIT. GRAVEL TRUCK RAN ACROSS HOSE. HOSE SLUNG OUT OF SCRAPER SPRAYING DIESEL FUEL O VER EMPL ENTIRE BODY. EMPL ALSO SWALLOWED SOME DIESEL FUEL.
