Applying belt dressing with a spray can. Climbed over guard, placed his hand and arm in guarded area between belt and head pulley. His arm was snagged by the belt causing a laceration to his left shoulder.
Plant operator was cleaning out build-up under a conveyor tail roller with a shovel. He pulled the shovel back to far, hit his right elbow on the edge of a guard. Cut elbow, eleven stitches
