RAILROAD CAR HCD RUNG UPON A TRACK SKID APPROX. 2". HE TOOK A SLEDGE HAMMER AND KNOCKED THE SKID FROM UNDER THE RAILROAD CAR WHEEL, WHEN THE SKID WAS HIT, IT FLEW OUT FROM UNDER THE WHEEL STRI KING HIM ON BOTH LEGS.
INJURED HAD BEEN OPERATING BACK-HOE ON THE DOCK ROAD. HE GOT OFF OF THE BACK-HOLE TO PICK UP TRASH AND EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
