HE WAS TAKING BARITE BAGS FROM BAGGING CONVEYOR AND PUTTING THEM ON A PALLET A BAG BUSTED ON THE CONVEYOR WHICH HE REMOVED HE THEN WAS SIPING OFF LOOSE BARITE DUST FROM CONVEYOR APRON BY THE PULLEY HE PASSED HIS HAND TOO CLOSE TO THE CRACK BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR AND PULLEY CATCHING LEFT HAND BETWEEN THEM SPRAINING AND SCRAPED 4 FINGERS
