The cone crusher stopped working, the employee traveled out of the plant shack to turn off the belts in the plant. Upon returning back to the plant shack they experienced pain in their right knee. On 3.23.26 the employee received an injection in their knee making the injury reportable.

The employee completed spraying/cleaning underneath the tail end of the sand conveyor, when they lost their footing, causing them to fall down the embankment.
