Fischer Quarry & Hauling, LLC · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee was walking with a ladder in one arm and tools in the other. EE stepped on a rock and lost balance. EE fell on right shoulder and was taken to the ER for evaluation. EE was eventually diagnosed with an acute-on-chronic rotator cuff tear. EE has been out of work since that time because of the medical restrictions. Anticipated return date in late October.

Thursday Feb. 13, 2014 at approximately 10AM an EE and IE were replacing drive belt on 16X20 shaker Screen. IE turned & felt a sharp pain go through his shoulder, the other EE asked if he was ok, IE said yes lets just get it done. Over the course of the weekend the pain didn't ease up. IE went to Dr. Waiting on Dr. report & schedule MRI.
