Base Rock Minerals · Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employees were adjusting the jaw. At the time of completion, EE picked up the power unit for the porta power. When lifting it, EE felt a burning and stinging sensation on the left side of EE's abdomen.

Base Rock Minerals · Fall from machine

While exiting cab of truck, driver fell from top step. Driver complained of pain to EE's left arm. This driver was not an employee or contractor of Baserock Minerals. This driver worked for Strack Excavating and was our customer.

Employee was operating a skid-steer at the plant. The employee's operation of the controls caused the skid-steer to abruptly change in speed, causing the employee to be jolted inside the cab. The sudden jolt caused the employee to feel pain in middle back and left shoulder.

The jaw crusher was plugged with rock. Employees were removing smaller rocks by hand. EE lifted a rock and their elbow popped and began hurting.
