I,NAME WAS ASSISTING OTHER EMPLOYEE LIFT A BARREL OF WATER (1/2 FULL) TO A RACK. HE WAS SUPPORTING THE WEIGHT OF THE BARREL ON HIS RIGHT LEG AND IT SLIPPED AND SHASHED HIS TESTICAL. HE DID NOT REPORT THIS INJURY UNTIL 5-6-87. HE FINISHED HIS SHIFT ON 5-5 AND WORKED 4 HOURS AN 5-6 AND WENT HOME SICK WITH STOMACH PAINS & NAUSEA. WENT TO DOCTOR ON 5-7-87.

PIT BACKHOE WAS IN OPERATION LOADING TRUCKS, HE SAW HOE WAS MAKING LOADING CYCLE A ND WAVED HOE OP9RATOR TO CONTINUE LOADING. DURING NEXT HOE LOADING CYCLE VICTIM ATTEMPTED TO RETURN TO LOADER PASSING IN PATH OF HOE BUCKET AND BEING STRUCK IN HEAD BY ROCK FALLING FROM HOE B
