THE HYDRAULIC TOGGLE FOR THE JAW CRUSHER WAS BEING LOWERED TO THE GROUND THROUGH THE CRUSHER FRAME. THE TOGGLE BECAME LODGED ON A SUPPORT BEAM UNDER THE CRUSHER. THE VICTIM ATTEMPTED TO PULL T HE TOGGLE FREE FROM THE BEAM. WHEN IT SLIPPED OFF OF THE BEAM, THE TOGGLE CRUSHED HIS HAND AGAINST THE BEAM.
