Associate needed to access the platform at the rear of the machine. When ee placed foot on the bottom step of a step ladder ee felt something snap. X-ray revealed a broken bone in foot.

Removing bearing from loader frame. Track bar skipped off the bearing sidewall and into the bearing bore. Caught technician's left pinky finger between the track bar and loader frame. Partial amputation of pinky finger tip.

While driving the manlift into the pit, the manlift started coasting fast & veered off to the right. Driver overcorrected & the manlift came to an abrupt stop by hitting a snow bank next to a berm, throwing employee against the basket rail. EE then felt what EE thought may be a sprain in EE's wrist, yet continued working.

Associate was stepping down from drill carrier cab onto the ground. He landed hard on his right heel. Experienced some discomfort at that time, but it did not bother him the rest of the day. The next day his heel was swollen and painful and he went to the doctor.
