A ROOF FALL APP9OX. 15 FT LONG 10 FT WIDE AND 6 FT THICK WAS DISCOVERED ON 6-5-85. THIS SECTION HAD UNWORKED FOR APPROX. 1 MONTH HOWEVER A ROOF BOLTER HAD BEEN LEFT IN THE FACE AREA. THE FALL COVERED THE BOL7 MACHINE FALL HIS BEEN CHECKED BY MSHA INSPECTER LEON CLEVENGER.
